Reference Material
The Uma Institute for Tibetan Studies Tibetan-Sanskrit-English Dictionary is the product of over fifty years of collaborative translation work, reflecting the translation process rather than simply cataloging every Tibetan term. The dictionary contains 900 pages of terms, along with their Sanskrit, tenses including verbal elements in nouns and adjectives, the approved English, examples, definition, divisions, and comments.
This bibliography, compiled from the UMA Institute Great Books Translation Project, provides references to digital reprints of Tibetan texts available from the Buddhist Digital Resource Center. It is organized into three chapters: Sūtras and Tantras, Other Sanskrit and Tibetan Works, and Other Works.
