Su-an Lin is a member of the Board of Directors of the UMA Institute. She received her Ph.D. in Religious Studies from National Chengchi University, with a dissertation titled Dependent-Arising, Two Truths, and Logic in Bhāviveka’s Philosophy: Focusing on Chapter One of the Prajñāpradīpa and Jewels in the Hand.

She is currently an assistant professor at Fu Jen Catholic University, where her teaching and research focus on Madhyamaka thought. She has also translated the section on the Middle Way School from Jeffrey Hopkins’ Maps of the Profound into Chinese.
